Example:"Checklist for winter fishing".
After you have created a new set you can click "Add" button to add new instruction. Also if you already have instructions you can select one in the left-hand side tree and then click "Delete" or "Edit" buttons to perform respective functions.
Adding instructions
When you click "Add" button the wizard activates. Use "Next" and "Back" buttons to navigate through the steps. When the last step is reached - "Finish" button becomes available.
Wizard steps
Step 1 offers you interface to set the text of an instruction.
Step 2 offers you to decide if you know an exact time of instruction to be executed or it would depend on some other events. For example if you want to instruct to send Christmas wishes - it is always 25 December of a current year. However, if you want to instruct someone to immunize a baby when child is 3 months old the actual date will depend on child's date of birth. In this case user will choose the date of birth of a child and this will become the origin of instruction delivery time. It allows to add, select or rename an event for those instructions, which depend on it.
Step 3 is used to set a time, when instruction should be executed or a time of event, which instruction depends upon. Just use calendar and time picker to set date and time. If the instruction delivery depends on event you may want to check "User should adjust date" checkbox.
Step 4 sets time of delivery. Instruction can be delivered just on time or some time before the instruction needs to be executed or some time before or after an event.
Example 1: If a Christmas post card needs to be sent - you should deliver the instruction some time before Christmas. Say 3 days before would be a resonable provision in this case.
Example 2:If immunizations should be done 3 month after the birth - you would set it in this step.
Step 5 sets how often an instruction needs to be delivered. There can be once only or periodical delivery.
Step 6 allows to attach additional information to an instruction. To do this create files you need - text, audio, video etc. Then copy these files under \XML\Files\ directory. When wizard leads you to "Attach Files" page - click "Attach" button, navigate to the files you need, using the Open File dialog. Note: multiple selections is allowed here.
Step 7 will let you to set "stop" time - instruction will not be delivered after that moment. Now you can click "Finish" button to complete creation if instruction.
After you finished with all steps, the instruction is added to the left hand side tree of the wizard. You can continue adding instructions.
When you have finished with instruction set - click "Save" button to save it. And congratulation - the file you just have saved will be the source of instructions for users!
